The homes aim to connect with the landscape through their fenestration (window placement). The gallery plays a significant role in the design, acting as a link between the interior and the exterior. Each unit features a ground floor organized around a central service core that separates and arranges the various social functions within the project. Internally, the goal is to create interconnected spaces, allowing for functional flexibility. The ground floors are transparent, directly integrating public functions with the landscape. The upper floor, more private in nature, houses the bedrooms with a bathroom. The main bedroom is designed as a suite, emphasizing its direct relationship with the views.
The project's massing (volumetry) presents itself with clean lines and pure volumes, featuring both recesses and projections. A limited and honest palette of materials (oxidized steel, concrete, stone, and plaster) was proposed, aiming to generate simplicity in the architectural language and ensure low maintenance over time.
